Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth, develop strong customer relationships, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in the lubricants, grease, or industrial chemicals sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Generate leads through market research, networking, and digital outreach.
  • Identify and onboard new clients while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
  • Manage and grow the company's presence on B2B e-commerce platforms.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Work closely with distributors, dealers, and OEMs to drive sales.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and long-term agreements with key clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, production, and marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales within the lubricants/grease industry or industrial B2B sales.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
