The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of lubricant products, developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for lubricants and related products.
  • Identify and develop new distributors, retailers, and industrial clients in assigned territory.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular market visits to understand competitor activities, pricing, and customer needs.
  • Implement sales strategies to expand market share and improve brand visibility.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
  • Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams for timely delivery and promotional activities.
  • Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and dealer meetings as required.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain good credit control.
  • Provide feedback from the market to help develop new products or improve existing ones.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of the lubricants, automotive, or industrial oil sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Good understanding of sales analytics and reporting.

Qualification & Experience:

  • 12th pass and above
  • MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales of lubricants / automotive products / industrial consumables

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
