
Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market reach and increase revenue.
- Identify, research, and establish new business opportunities in the markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and trade partners.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and order fulfillment.
- Ensure compliance with trade regulations, documentation, and logistics requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, supply chain, finance) to ensure smooth execution of operations.
- Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company's products/services.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business documentation, and compliance.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and expanding market presence globally.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Lubricants, oil and gas.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different cultural environments.
