Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market reach and increase revenue.
  • Identify, research, and establish new business opportunities in the markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and trade partners.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and order fulfillment.
  • Ensure compliance with trade regulations, documentation, and logistics requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, supply chain, finance) to ensure smooth execution of operations.
  • Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company's products/services.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business documentation, and compliance.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and expanding market presence globally.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Lubricants, oil and gas.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to different cultural environments.
