The Business Development Manager will be responsible for leading our sales and marketing initiatives for B2B partnerships across OEMs, private label clients, industrial buyers and international clients. A strong background in the lubricants industry, particularly in automotive oils, greases, coolants, and industrial lubricants, with hands-on experience in managing large accounts and building new markets is highly preferred.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of automotive lubricants, coolants, and grease products
  • Working knowledge of ERP software like Odoo is a strong plus
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to take ownership of end-to-end customer cycle & practice accountability
  • Willingness to travel based on business needsRole & responsibilities
