* Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media to drive sales growth.
* Build strong relationships with existing clients to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
* Identify new business opportunities by researching potential customers and identifying their needs.
* Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing time, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
Job Requirements
* 1-4 years of experience in inside sales, outbound sales, telesales, BPO sales, or telemarketing.
* Strong communication skills in Malayalam language is required.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
