We generate a steady flow of leads through our marketing efforts and are looking for a Client Engagement Executive to connect with them, explain our training benefits, and guide them towards enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with potential participants who have expressed interest in our training.
- Provide clear and confident information about our programs, highlighting key benefits.
- Build trust and rapport with prospects to help them make informed decisions.
- Achieve program sign-ups through professional and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in Malayalam (English/Hindi is an advantage).
Pleasant and confident phone manner.
Ability to explain high-value programs with clarity.
Prior experience in telecalling / sales / customer service preferred.
Goal-oriented, disciplined, and self-motivated.
