Job Title: B2B Business Development Executive (US Shift)
Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad, India
Work Shift: US Shift (6:30PM TO 3:30AM )
Work Days : 5 ( Saturday & Sunday Off)
Experience: 6Months - 3 years

Key Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
6Months3 years of B2B business development or sales experience, preferably targeting the US market.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a neutral or US accent.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working during US business hours (Night Shift IST).
Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
