  • A Business Manager in Lucknow for Personal Loans (PL), Business Loans (BL), Home Loans (HL), and Loan Against Property (LAP) leads regional loan sales operations, manages a team, and drives business growth by sourcing new customers and building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance for PL, BL, HL, and LAP in assigned Lucknow territory, ensuring monthly and annual disbursement targets are met.
  • Lead, manage, and train sales team (including DST/DSA channels) to source leads, convert prospects, and monitor productivity.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, referral partners, and channel agents (DSAs, brokers, builders).
  • Coordinate and oversee loan processing from lead generation to documentation, approval, and disbursal in collaboration with internal credit, legal, and operations teams.
  • Monitor business pipeline, market trends, and competitor activities in Lucknow to identify new opportunities and develop the business.
  • Prepare and present regular sales MIS/reports to senior management, ensuring accurate forecasting and compliance.
  • Handle post-sales activities, such as monitoring delinquencies and providing customer support.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Graduate or MBA, preferably with 3-6 years' experience in retail lending (PL/BL/HL/LAP) or banking.
  • Proven sales and team management abilities, especially in field sales environments.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of product documentation, regulatory guidelines, and secured/unsecured loan processes (DMA/DST/Branch).
  • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM reporting tools.
