  • We are seeking a highly skilled FunctionalLead/Business Analyst with expertise in the Auto/Commercial AutoInsurance domain to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have strongknowledge of SAAS platforms and experience working in the insuranceindustry.
  • TheBusiness Analyst will be responsible for analyzing businessrequirements identifying and recommending solutions andcollaborating with crossfunctional teams to implement changes.
Skills Required:
  • StrongP&C (Auto/Commercial Auto) Insurance domain
  • Analyze business requirementsrelated to Auto/Commercial Auto Insurance domain and recommendsolutions to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams toidentify and prioritize requirements and ensure solutions arealigned with overall business strategy.
  • Participate in requirements gathering designand testing phases of the software development life cycle.
  • Develop detailedbusiness requirements documentation use cases user stories andacceptance criteria.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews workshops and focusgroups to gather requirements and feedback.
Skills Preferred: Good Knowledge of
  • Policyadministration
  • Claims management
  • Customer billing
  • Agency/Customer Portal
  • Data and Reporting Work with developmentteams to ensure solutions meet requirements and are delivered ontime and within budget.
  • Assist in the testing and validation of solutions toensure they meet business and technical requirements.
  • Identify areas for processimprovement and recommend solutions to optimize workflows
Experience Required:
  • A minimumof 8 years of experience working in Property and Casualty (P&C)personal lines commercial lines or specialty lines.
  • Experience working as Integration/ Data reporting business analyst
ExperiencePreferred:
  • Experience working in Agilemethodology and running the scrum ceremonies building the backlogconducting sprint planning sessions
  • Understanding of GCP services API interfacesand interaction CICD pipeline is preferred.
  • Knowledge of User interface toolslike AEM is preferred.
Education Required:
  • Bachelors degree with at least 8 yrs ofexperience associate in insurance (AINS) and Associate inclaims(AIC) Associate in Underwriting
