  • Manage hiring process for Purchase services Supplieremployees by coordinating between Suppliers & Hiring managersManage onboarding process : CDSID creation raising laptop requestproviding application access VDI or ZScalar access ManageOffboarding process CDSID deactivation ensuring surrender of laptoprequest revoking application access and revoking VDI ZScalar accessManage Headcount allocation process & Ensure HC accuracyRapidly iterate ad hoc reporting needs Manage Maintain relationshipwith Suppliers & coordinate for release of Purchase OrdersChange Requests Responsible for coordinating with FCSD and Pro TechManagement Business and other IT groups to identify goalstimeframes and allotment of resources
  • Ensureall enablement process are followed diligently by People LeadersCoordinate conduct Townhall meetings Coordinate new employeeorientation Coordinate Protech Demo Support India Leadershipteam
  • Provide support to members of the clientsPro organization on all processes as needed.
  • Support financial updates to enable and accurate forecastto actuals utilizing the newly launched Nicus system
  • Support any new Process Practice and Policy and FCSD ProOperating model.
