Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategic plans to expand the company's customer base. They will also be responsible for market research, competitor analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

Qualifications
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the healthcare industry
  • Proven track record in business development and sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Experience in market research and competitor analysis
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the diagnostics industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
