Job Overview:The Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for managing the marketing automation platform and fully leveraging its capabilities. Monitor, track, and analyze the performance and effectiveness of marketing automation campaigns. Generate reports and analyze data to measure the success and ROI of marketing automation efforts. Work with existing marketing platforms to ensure efficient delivery of campaigns and improve workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

Develop, execute, and optimize automated marketing campaigns using the marketing automation platform (Email,SMS,Whatsapp).Email Marketing:

Design, build, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, testing, and optimization.Lead Management:

Manage lead lifecycle, lead scoring, and lead nurturing processes using marketing automation tools.Data Management:

Ensure data cleanliness, manage lists, and perform regular data audits to maintain data integrity within the marketing automation platform.Performance Tracking:

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.Content Development:

Collaborate with the content team to create relevant, high-quality content for various stages of the customer journey.Integration:

Work with the CRM team to ensure seamless integration between the marketing automation platform and CRM systems.A/B Testing:

Conduct A/B tests to optimize subject lines, content, send times, and other variables to improve campaign performance.Compliance:

Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.Training and Support:

Train and support marketing team members on the use of marketing automation tools and best practices.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Experience:

2-5 years of experience in marketing automation, email marketing, and/or digital marketing.Technical Skills:

Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Email,SMS,Whatsapp), CRM systems and analytics tools ( Google Analytics).Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Project Management:

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Attention to Detail:

High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
