**Job Description:**
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and Google Ads. Additionally, you will be expected to have experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) and landing page creation to support our lead generation efforts.

- **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads Management:**
- Develop, execute, and optimize Meta ad campaigns.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- A/B testing to identify high-performing creatives and audiences.

- **YouTube Ads Management:**
- Create and manage YouTube ad campaigns targeting key demographics.
- Optimize video ads for engagement and conversion.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.

- **Google Ads Management:**
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Search, Display, and Video ad campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.
- Monitor ad spend and conversion metrics to ensure campaign effectiveness.

- **GoHighLevel (GHL) Expertise:**
- Utilize GHL for CRM management, automation, and funnel creation.
- Set up workflows and pipelines to enhance client engagement and conversion.
- Integrate GHL with other marketing tools and platforms.

- **Landing Page Creation:**
- Design and develop high-converting landing pages using GHL or other platforms.
- Implement best practices for user experience, SEO, and conversion optimization.
- Continuously test and optimize landing pages based on performance data.

- **Reporting & Analytics:**
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the team to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.

#### **Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL) for CRM management and automation.
- Experience in creating and optimizing landing pages.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GHL reporting).
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, trends, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop engaging ad creatives.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other relevant digital marketing platforms.
