Up to 12 LPA (with 1015% hike on last CTC)

About The Role
We are looking for
driven Inside Sales professionals
who can engage with domestic and international clients, understand business needs, and offer SaaS-based solutions. If you have a passion for sales, technology, and career growth, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Pitch SaaS products solutions to CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders
  • Build strong client relationships and manage end-to-end sales cycles
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and lead targets
  • Maintain sales pipeline, update CRM, and ensure timely follow-ups

Requirements

  • 1+ year of proven Inside Sales / B2B / SaaS sales experience
  • Excellent communication presentation skills
  • Strong ability to negotiate and close deals
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible to work in Domestic (10 AM 7 PM) / International (2 PM 10 PM) shifts
