
Inside Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Understand client requirements and present suitable technology solutions aligned with business needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to execute lead generation campaigns.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to position solutions effectively.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and reports to the management team.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, preferably in the B2B Tech or SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, lead qualification, and consultative selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Knowledge of SaaS solutions, IT services, or enterprise software products.
- Familiarity with sales automation tools and lead generation techniques.
- Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
