**Job Title**: Inside Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer needs and offer the right product/service solutions.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and ensure timely follow-up.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the product or service.
- Coordinate with the marketing and field sales teams for effective conversions.
- Record customer interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
- Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Provide feedback to improve product and sales strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
