For close to 35+ years, our client company has been a trusted learning and leadership development partner that transforms people, teams and organizations for breakthrough business results.
We are seeking a Sales head who has total 10-15 years of experience and minimum 5 years of relevant experience in selling Professional training modules/services end-to-end in Domestic and APAC market.
Accountabilities for the role :-
Business Development (BD)
• Develop, execute Sales strategy and meet the targets related to Topline, Bottom-line and Customers.
• Promote organization brand in specified territories and create value proposition for prospects.
• Review sales strategy at regular intervals and recommend adjustments and policy changes by taking appropriate action in conjunction with the CEO.
• Maintain and publish regularly an updated sales MIS and sales database as per defined SLAs.
• Responsible for achieving Personal Target.
• CRM for key Customer accounts.
• Take customer feedback proactively through pre-defined mechanisms and publish them every quarter.
• Research, understand the external environment, its dynamics and implications on current and future plans of the organization and suggest changes in strategies required.
• Adhere to the relevant processes and policies of the Organization.
Leading Team
• Build and manage BD team including work allocation
• Monitor performance and give regular feedback to direct reports for continuous performance improvement.
• Nurture the direct reports to develop their full potential. Experience
• 12 to 15 years related to Sales out of which at least 5 years should be in Leadership Positions.
• Should have worked in the Consulting and /or Training space and have hands-on experience of selling solutions to Customers.
• Experience of selling at International level will be an advantage.

• Post Graduate in Sales and Marketing Knowledge, Skills, Attitudes
