Job descriptionLead discussions with venue owners to identify opportunities for collaborationHandle contract negotiations, showing results that can be measuredPresenting effectively: you can clearly express ideas and information to others and flex your style according to the specific situation and audienceUnderstand your local market well, including its trends and what drives it. Prioritize and manage a group of accounts effectively to benefit the business.Work on contracts with Venue partners and help them get started with our services.Market research and comparison with competitorsProvide contract-related issue resolution, both internally and externallyMaintaining all contract-related correspondence and documentationGeographical understanding of the assigned market & flair for travel is also a prerequisite for the job profilePlan the overall course of action for each accountProactively identify opportunities to partner with hotels to grow our businessManage, establish and maintain deep and long-term relationshipsCoordinate training of partner hotels on our extranet and the online businessReview monthly production reports and provide feedback to top-producing hotels on plan and execute market visitsNegotiate and secure market deals and merchandise all deals on our sitesMonitor, evaluate, and report on individual accounts and the market's progress toward weekly, monthly and annual targets cull out insights for future course of actionEnsure rate and inventory competitivenessFollow up on all expiring contractsParticipate in weekly market review meetingsConduct weekly and monthly competitive analyses for key markets and action opportunitiesRequirements:3 to 6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development OR
