Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager located in Noida. The CRM Manager will oversee customer relationship management strategies and ensure they are aligned with the company's goals. Daily tasks will include managing customer data, segmenting markets, and developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. The CRM Manager will also be responsible for conducting sales analysis, preparing reports, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement CRM projects.

- Proficient in Communication and ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
- Experience in Sales and Market Segmentation
- Project Management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proven track record in managing CRM software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
