Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, analyzing customer data, improving sales strategies, and managing various projects. Daily tasks include maintaining the CRM system, assisting in sales efforts, and enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills
  • Excellent Communication and Sales skills
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Project Management
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in IT or a related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
