About you and this role:

As a Senior Marketing Specialist/Demand Generation & Lead Nurturing Specialist at Dow, Mumbai, you will be responsible for co-developing and executing marketing strategies that drive interest, engagement, and conversions among potential buyers and existing customers. Your role partners with various Business Marketing teams, translating their marketing/ go-to-market plans into a modern and digitally enabled marketing execution. Your role aims at optimizing omnichannel marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and nurture them throughout the customer journey to drive volume and revenue growth. In this role you will work closely with the business marketing and sales teams to align efforts and ensure seamless transitions from lead generation to sales conversion. Your role reports into Dow’s Global Commercial Excellence function.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution; Lead NurturingDevelop and implement demand generation and lead nurturing campaigns across multiple channels (email, website, social media, webinars).Design and manage targeted (always-on) engagement programs to nurture leads and orchestrate through the customer journey.Set up lead scoring models for automated lead qualification, monitor and analyze lead progression to optimize models and lead nurturing strategies.Consult the Business Marketing and Communication teams on the utilization of marketing technology (Oracle Eloqua, Adobe Marketo, Adobe RT CDP) to execute and optimize campaigns, fully automated. Data Analysis & Reporting:Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to determine effectiveness and marketing ROI.Use data insights to inform business marketing and communication for refining and improving future marketing efforts.Provide regular reports on demand generation and lead nurturing activities and outcomes in collaboration with Commercial Analytics & Reporting Management. Collaboration & Communication:Maintain open communication with cross-functional teams (Business Marketing, Communication, Sales, and Shared Service Center) to align marketing efforts with business goals.Work closely with the Sales team to understand their needs and ensure the quality and quantity of leads meet sales requirements.Drive digitally enabled marketing transformation with Mar Tech Product Management and Center of Excellence; develop, document, and share best practices across the organization enabling sustainable business growth.

Critical Success Factors:

Service minded collaborator who is at ease discussing with stakeholders at all hierarchy levels, cross functionally and across cultures. Ability to capture and translate business objectives and strategies into actionable recommendations and technical requirements for optimizing processes. Show skills to coach, facilitate and be a resource for other digital marketers on best practices proven by project management experience. Solid understanding of change management; be resilient; and energized by frequent change.  Aptitude to take new perspective on existing solutions and exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. Ability to solve unstructured, complex problems and break those down in easy-to-grasp content following an orientation towards process definition. Sense of urgency and prioritization as necessary; differentiating the important from the less important. Passion for modern marketing capabilities, leaving old paths and venturing into digital era. Ability to work independently and drive actions to deliver results.

Qualifications:

Bachelor or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in demand generation, lead nurturing, or a similar marketing role.

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency with marketing technology platforms (Adobe Marketo, Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform), experience with MS Dynamics CRM and an understanding of the sales process. Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in technology or SaaS industries. Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
