Key Responsibilities:

  • Process airline tickets, including cancellations, re-issuances, and refunds, in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Handle ticket amendments and modifications as per client requests.
  • Ensure accurate fare calculations and compliance with airline regulations.
  • Manage and process refund requests, liaising with airlines and internal teams as necessary.
  • Utilize and navigate any GDS systems such as Amadeus or Galileo for ticketing operations.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to address client inquiries related to ticketing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a ticketing role within the travel or airline industry.
  • Strong knowledge of airline ticketing, cancellation, refund, and re-issuance procedures.
  • Proficiency in at least one GDS system (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo).
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
