WanderOn is a leading B2C travel company, dedicated to creating seamless and memorable travel experiences for our clients. With a focus on customer satisfaction and innovation, we are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Ticketing Executive to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process airline tickets, including cancellations, re-issuances, and refunds, in an efficient and timely manner.
- Handle ticket amendments and modifications as per client requests.
- Ensure accurate fare calculations and compliance with airline regulations.
- Manage and process refund requests, liaising with airlines and internal teams as necessary.
- Utilize and navigate any GDS systems such as Amadeus or Galileo for ticketing operations.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to address client inquiries related to ticketing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a ticketing role within the travel or airline industry.
- Strong knowledge of airline ticketing, cancellation, refund, and re-issuance procedures.
- Proficiency in at least one GDS system (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo).
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
