
Business Development Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Specialist Business Development (IT) to spearhead end-to-end sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, handling the complete sales cycle, and occasionally traveling for client meetings and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and close sales opportunities.
- Research and identify potential clients in target industries.
- Assist in gathering and analysing data related to customer demographics, preferences, and buying habits.
- Track industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to support go-to-market planning.
- Help build and maintain a qualified lead database using LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and CRM tools.
- Analyse customer behaviour, feedback, and usage data to refine messaging and positioning.
- Create customized outreach campaigns.
- Assist in creating pitch decks, case studies, and sales collateral based on research insights.
- Support marketing in tracking digital campaign performance and recommending optimizations.
- Conduct client meetings (virtual & on-site) to understand requirements and propose tailored solutions
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deal
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for tech, startups, and the fast-moving digital ecosystem.
- Knowledge of B2B marketing, or IT products and services.
- Strong research and analytical skills you love diving into data and pulling out patterns.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets/Excel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, etc.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, figure it out attitude were a small team, so youll wear many hats.
Location - Gurugram(MG Road)
Office Timings - 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM
Working Days - 5 Days (Monday to Friday)
