  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Ensure timely reporting and analysis of sales performance.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle escalations and resolve customer issues promptly

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience as Sales Manager (Automobile industry preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
