About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales Executives (B2B) to join our growing team. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of sales experience who want to build a strong foundation in B2B SaaS sales. You will be responsible for generating leads, pitching DealConverter CRM to businesses, and supporting the sales cycle to drive adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential SMBs and startups that can benefit from DealConverter CRM.

Reach out to prospects via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.

Present and demonstrate DealConverter CRM to decision-makers.

Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.

Maintain accurate customer interactions and pipeline in the CRM.

Work with senior sales managers to achieve team revenue goals.

Stay updated on SaaS industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs.

Build and maintain long-term business relationships with clients.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of B2B/inside sales experience are welcome.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to explain SaaS solutions to non-technical customers.

Goal-oriented mindset with ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory).

Quick learner, self-motivated, and eager to grow in SaaS sales.
