Outbound Specialist
to help us
scale our sales engine through world-class outbound campaigns
.

What You'll Own:

  • Develop outbound campaign plans aligned with business goals and ICP
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns
  • Design and execute A/B tests for messaging, targeting, and cadence
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather inputs and feedback
  • Build dashboards and reports to analyze performance metrics and scale successful tactics
  • Coach and guide team members on outbound best practices

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong analytical mindset with 0–2 years of experience in campaign management or demand generation
  • Proficiency with CRM and outbound automation tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of sales funnel metrics and KPIs
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
