Outbound Specialist
to help us
scale our sales engine through world-class outbound campaigns
.
What You'll Own:
- Develop outbound campaign plans aligned with business goals and ICP
- Launch, monitor, and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns
- Design and execute A/B tests for messaging, targeting, and cadence
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather inputs and feedback
- Build dashboards and reports to analyze performance metrics and scale successful tactics
- Coach and guide team members on outbound best practices
What We're Looking For:
- Strong analytical mindset with 0–2 years of experience in campaign management or demand generation
- Proficiency with CRM and outbound automation tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.)
- Solid understanding of sales funnel metrics and KPIs
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
