Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Gurugram. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone, presenting and promoting Sportyzo's services, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, following up with prospects, providing customer support, and achieving sales targets. The role may also involve participating in training sessions and contributing ideas for sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Customer Service and Customer Support skills
  • Strong Communication and Sales skills
  • Ability to engage in Training sessions to stay updated on products and services
  • Proficient in using CRM software and handling phone systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Previous experience in telesales or a related field is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
