About Us

Nvidya, the learning and certification division of Nityo, is focused on empowering working professionals through industry-recognized certification and technology training programs. We are expanding our sales team and are looking for dynamic, goal-driven professionals to join us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve weekly and monthly revenue targets by driving sales of technology training programs.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers to understand their learning needs and recommend relevant programs aligned with their career goals.
  • Use CRM tools to manage tasks, follow-ups, and track sales progress.
  • Generate, nurture, and close leads to consistently meet daily and monthly goals.
  • Provide pre-sales to post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update calling/mailing databases for effective outreach.
  • Research and leverage tools to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Prepare and submit daily sales reports.
  • Complete a structured 7-day self-directed training program before actively engaging in sales activities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–4 years of proven inside sales or telesales experience
  • Strong track record in revenue generation and sales conversions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency required).
  • Experience in cold calling and customer counseling.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and general computer management.
  • Graduate degree is mandatory
