About the Role:
The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for selling insurance and loan products via phone. This role requires persuasive communication, customer understanding, and a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell insurance and loan products.
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain updated knowledge of the company's products and industry offerings.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues.
- Keep accurate records of all customer interactions in compliance with company standards.
- Adhere to regulatory and company compliance policies throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of telesales or inside sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial products.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Customer-centric approach with ability to handle objections effectively.
- Target-driven mindset with proven track record in achieving sales goals.
- Basic computer and Excel skills.
