Role Overview:
We're seeking a talented Demand Generation Specialist to drive outbound lead generation and nurture sales opportunities. You'll utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI-driven content creation, sophisticated email outreach campaigns, and platforms like Apollo and Instantly to develop and execute strategic outbound initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage outbound sales strategies using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Instantly to identify, nurture, and convert leads into qualified opportunities
  • Leverage AI tools to create high-quality, engaging, and relevant blog content aimed at educating and converting target audiences
  • Design and execute cold email outreach campaigns, including crafting compelling messaging, segmenting target audiences, and analyzing results to optimize conversion rates
  • Create and manage outbound sales funnels to drive continuous engagement and ensure consistent lead flow
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align outbound activities with overall business objectives
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance, utilizing insights to optimize strategies, messaging, and outreach techniques
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry best practices, competitor activities, and innovative outbound tactics

Requirements

  • Proven experience (2-4 years) in demand generation, lead generation, outbound marketing, or related roles
  • Hands-on expertise using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, , Instantly, and similar outbound and automation tools
  • Proficient in using AI-driven tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, ) to produce relevant, high-quality content for blogs and emails
  • Strong knowledge of email deliverability best practices, outreach personalization, and CRM systems like HubSpot
  • Analytical mindset with a track record of effectively measuring, analyzing, and optimizing campaign performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating clear, compelling, and persuasive messaging
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapting quickly to new tools and platforms
