Job Title: Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist

Salary Range: 2 LPA 5.5 LPA

About the Role:

We are looking for hardcore Talent Acquisition Specialists with hands-on experience in non-IT hiring, primarily focusing on bulk sales hiring, field sales hiring, campus recruitment, and walk-in drives. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in sourcing through various job portals, making high-volume outbound calls, and managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle using ATS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for field sales, B2C/B2B roles, and other non-IT positions
  • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, Monster, IIMJobs, and other relevant platforms
  • Handle high-volume hiring and bulk walk-in drives effectively
  • Conduct telephonic screening and initial shortlisting of candidates
  • Coordinate interviews, campus drives, job fairs, and hiring events
  • Maintain candidate records and update the status in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Build and manage a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs
  • Maintain TAT and quality across all hiring processes
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and hiring managers

Key Requirements:

  • 2 to 6 years of experience in non-IT recruitment
  • Strong background in bulk hiring, field sales hiring, and campus recruitment
  • Proficiency in using job portals like Naukri, Shine, Monster, IIMJobs, and LinkedIn
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment CRMs
  • Excellent communication skills and agility in candidate calling & follow-ups
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Must be open to working from Andheri (Mumbai) or Gurgaon (Haryana) office
