Job Title: Health Insurance Sales Specialist

About the Role: The Health Insurance Sales Specialist is responsible for promoting and selling health insurance policies through outbound tele-sales. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to understand customer needs, and a results-driven sales approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell health insurance products.
- Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable health insurance plans.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets for health insurance policies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available health insurance products and their features.
- Provide clear information to customers, answer queries, and handle objections effectively.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of customer interactions and policy details.
- Adhere to all regulatory and company compliance standards in health insurance sales.
Requirements:
- 0-1 year of experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial products.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow in the insurance domain.
Basic computer and Excel skills.
