Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Health Insurance Agent, based in Gurugram with some flexibility for working from home. The Health Insurance Agent will be responsible for identifying and soliciting insurance sales opportunities, providing clients with information regarding health insurance policies, assisting clients with claims and policy renewals, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities also include collaborating with brokers and other sales channels, and maintaining thorough knowledge of insurance products and services.
Qualifications
- Health Insurance, Insurance knowledge, and Medicare understanding
- Insurance Brokerage experience
- Excellent Communication skills
- Customer-centric approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or relevant professional experience
- Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
