About the Role:
As a Term Insurance Sales Specialist, you'll help customers secure their financial future by offering tailored term insurance solutions. You'll drive direct sales, engage with potential clients, and provide clear guidance on product features and benefits. This role requires a customer-first mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to consistently meet sales targets while ensuring a smooth post-sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end sales of term insurance products with high conversion and customer satisfaction
- Understand customer needs, explain product features, and guide decision-making
- Build trust during initial interactions and handle objections effectively
- Ensure smooth handover of closed cases to the operations team
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
Requirements:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to explain financial/insurance products clearly and convincingly
- Customer-centric mindset with relationship-building flair
- 0-3 years of experience in term insurance sales
- Basic computer and Excel skills
