About the Role: The Health Renewal Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing post-sale activities such as documentation, KYC verification, and renewal processes for health insurance customers. This role requires attention to detail, process orientation, and excellent customer handling skills with inclination to cross sell or upsell.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end KYC checks, documentation, and policy renewal processes.

- Coordinate with customers to collect and verify required documents.

- Maintain accurate records of renewals, compliance checks, and customer interactions.

- Work closely with insurers and internal teams to ensure timely policy renewals.

- Ensure high accuracy and efficiency while meeting renewal and process timelines.

- Identify opportunities to cross sell/up sell to existing customers.

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in health insurance operations / renewals / KYC processing.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Detail-oriented with good stakeholder and customer handling abilities.

- Familiarity with compliance requirements in insurance operations.

- Basic computer and Excel skills.
