We are looking for a Lead Generation Manager who can drive new business opportunities through multiple channels.
Role Overview:
We're looking for someone who understands that sales is the art of follow-ups —touching base with clients, understanding their needs, and building long-term relationships. If you are proactive, persistent, and have a knack for spotting opportunities, this role is for you
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify potential clients for design, branding, and social media management services through Google, LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) leads, Freelancer, and Upwork .

• Cold Calling & Outreach: Engage with leads generated from ads and other platforms to convert them into potential clients.

• Follow-ups & Nurturing: Maintain consistent communication with leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to move them through the sales funnel.

• Sales Pipeline Management: Keep track of all interactions in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging sales opportunities.

• Proposal & Negotiation: Assist in preparing proposals and negotiating deals with potential clients.
What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 1-2.5 years in lead generation, sales, or business development, preferably in a design, branding, or digital marketing agency.

• Communication Skills: Strong English proficiency (both written and verbal).

• Sales Mindset: Ability to nurture leads with follow-ups and build relationships.

• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead generation platforms.

• Target-Oriented: Self-motivated to achieve and exceed lead conversion targets.
