Roles and Responsibilities:
Forge and nurture strong relationships with our esteemed clients, acting as their ultimate go-to for all their merchandise needs.
Seamlessly communicate with clients to grasp their desires, answer their queries, and ensure their satisfaction.
Create innovative account plans that not only keep clients engaged but also elevate their satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify chances for upselling and cross-selling our incredible merchandise range, crafting memorable shopping experiences.
Ensuring timely delivery of exceptional merchandise experiences through coordinated teamwork.
Assist clients in resolving issues, providing ingenious solutions, and delivering swift responses to their concerns.
Navigate contract negotiations with finesse, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and overseeing smooth renewals.
Provide clients with merchandise insights aligned with their brand objectives, solidifying their trust in us.
Keep up-to-date with merchandise trends, industry shifts, and competitors' moves, sharing your knowledge with clients.
Analyse client data, produce insightful reports showcasing our merchandise value, and translate numbers into strategy.
Expand your horizons by attending events, building connections, and showcasing our merchandise prowess.
Gather client feedback to fine-tune our products, services, and overall merchandise allure.
Vendor management is your game Cultivate relationships, navigate the intricacies, and ensure the supply chain symphony plays harmoniously.
Qualification:
Graduate / Post graduate in any field
0-3 years of relevant experience of working with brands in relevant media or
marketing agencies.
A keen interest in pop culture, alternative culture and subcultures which are going
across the globe.
A dedication to getting things done.
Good communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
