Role Overview We are seeking a Business Manager – Founder’s Office to work directly with the Founder in scaling Stay Affair. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where you will design business models, pitch to property owners, and execute strategic initiatives to help build India’s leading premium short-stay brand. This is not a routine corporate role — it’s a chance to grow with the brand at an early stage and directly shape its journey. Key Responsibilities Business Strategy & Analytics Build financial & ROI models for properties (occupancy, pricing, owner revenue share). Conduct competitor benchmarking and design scalable business frameworks. Track and analyze KPIs (ADR, Rev PAR, occupancy) to drive profitability. Growth & Sales Enablement Prepare property owner pitch decks and presentations. Work alongside the Founder to close new property partnerships. Support fundraising/investor decks as the brand expands. Operations & Execution Design and refine SOPs across check-in, housekeeping, and guest experience. Coordinate cross-functional execution with operations, marketing, and hospitality trainers. Founder’s Office Act as a thought partner to the Founder on key decisions. Handle special projects, research, and high-stakes negotiations.
