**About the role**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**

Drive quality, governance, compliance processes and provide insightful information on IS Business performance. Ensure that the applicable teams follow the standards, practices, procedures and methods of the process. The conclusive goal is to reduce the lead time to deliver, accelerate revenue recognition and enhance customer satisfaction.

**About you**:
**Knowledge & Abilities**
- Working experience and knowledge of quality management. Excellent problem-solving skills and knowledge of certain tools such as Excel & Powerpoint
- Think logically and analytically in order to diagnose and solve business problems
- Ability to work independently and with all levels of management from individuals, multi-BU management and the Sales organisation
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and with all nationalities and cultures.
- Proactive attitude to use his/her initiative to respond quickly, to work effectively in any situations under minimum supervision.
- Self-motivated and capable to work within hybrid model environment is essential.
- Very positive outlook and passionate
