Job Title: Business Data ExpertThe role of Business Data Expert revolves around ensuring the accuracy and reliability of client data setup, while also overseeing funding requirements for company accounts. This individual will play a pivotal part in driving process improvements, maintaining high standards of control, and risk management.
  • Setup and maintain reference data, including SSI, broker setups, and client status.
  • Capture manual funding requirements and process transactions on CIB cash systems.
  • Sweep funds from client receipt accounts to company Nostro accounts.
  • Investigate and resolve cash breaks efficiently.
  • Support front office with escalation management and issue resolution.
  • Monitor ongoing support needs to address changes and gaps.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely escalation and resolution of inquiries.
  • Address ad hoc queries from operations and front office teams.
  • Communicate strategic objectives and updates effectively.
  • Exercise sound judgment under pressure to resolve complex issues.
