Job Overview:As an

Admin and Founder's Office Associate , you will work directly with the founders, assisting them in managing day-to-day operations, administrative tasks, and project execution. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and contributing to strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, growing business. This position requires someone highly organized, proactive, and comfortable handling confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support:

Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements for founders.Operational Support:

Assist with daily operations and administrative tasks to ensure the business runs smoothly.Project Management:

Support founders in managing key projects, tracking progress, and ensuring timely execution of tasks.Communication Liaison:

Serve as a point of contact between founders, internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.Data and Documentation:

Maintain and organize company documents, reports, and presentations for internal and client-facing purposes.Process Improvement:

Assist in identifying and implementing improvements in administrative and operational processes.HR Support:

Assist in onboarding new hires, managing talent, and coordinating between internal departments and offshore teams.Event Coordination:

Help organize company events, meetings, and other important engagements.Confidential Handling:

Maintain confidentiality in all sensitive business matters.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, operations, or a related field.2+ years of experience in an administrative, operational, or project management role, preferably in real estate, staffing, or related industries.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work with founders and high-level executives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.High level of attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Prior experience working with international/offshore teams is a plus
