Responsibilities: Provide support across various functions, including but not limited to sales, marketing, operations, and product development. Collaborate closely with the founders on daily tasks such as planning, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth execution of weekly/monthly plans. Manage the founder's calendar and social media, handling cold messages and responses, and ensuring timely posts and efficient time management. Assist with daily operations, email correspondence, and special projects as needed. Address and resolve issues that arise on a day-to-day basis. Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for investors, stakeholders, Clients and internal teams. Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including business development initiatives, conducting market research and competitive analysis. Identify areas for process improvement and suggest practical solutions to enhance efficiency. Communicate effectively with clients, internal team and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships. Work with different teams to support innovation and help the company grow. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Prior work experience is a plus but not mandatory. Strong understanding of distribution, sales, and marketing functions in an early-stage start-up is highly advantageous. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Curiosity and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team. This role is execution-heavy, requiring strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant softwares.
