Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Founder’s Office Associate to support our Founder in driving strategic initiatives, managing data insights, and coordinating key projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization and automation, and a proactive approach to solving problems. This role requires a strategic thinker who is comfortable working with data, managing multiple tasks, and collaborating across various teams to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Research & Analysis
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to support the Founder in strategic decision-making.
- Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and strategic insights that align with business objectives and provide recommendations based on findings.
2. Data Visualization and Reporting
- Create visually engaging dashboards and reports to provide insights into key metrics, trends, and performance indicators.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., Power Query, Pivot Tables, VBA, Macros) and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau to transform complex data into actionable insights.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity in all reporting processes and continuously refine data presentations to support strategic planning.
3. Project Management
- Assist in planning and executing strategic projects, including setting timelines, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely deliverables.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate project progress and track project outcomes.
4. Data Management and Automation
- Use advanced Excel and automation skills to streamline reporting processes, identify opportunities for automation, and improve reporting efficiency.
- Manage, maintain, and update databases, ensuring data consistency, quality, and reliability.
- Develop and implement website automation and other digital tools as needed to support operational improvements.
5. Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and provide regular project updates.
- Act as a point of contact for various departments and support smooth communication channels within the organization.
6. Documentation, Compliance & Reporting
- Document reporting procedures, workflows, and automation steps for clarity and compliance with data management policies.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents to support the Founder in business meetings, discussions, and strategic decision-making.
7. Administrative Support
- Assist in managing the Founder’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence as needed.
- Provide additional administrative support to the Founder to facilitate smooth daily operations.
Skills Required:
- Strong Analytical and Research Skills: Ability to analyze data, conduct thorough research, and derive actionable insights.
- Advanced Excel and Data Visualization: Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (Power Query, Pivot Tables, VBA, Macros) and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Project Management Abilities: Experience in coordinating and managing multiple projects with attention to timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present insights and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace: Skilled in Excel, Power Point, and Word (or Google equivalents) for documentation and reporting.
- Problem-solving and Proactive Attitude: Demonstrated ability to solve problems, take initiative, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Automation Skills: Experience with website development or automation processes is a plus.
