Role: Dynatrace Admin Location: Chennai/Bangalore/Pune/Gurgaon/Hyderabad Experience Range: 5 - 10 years Educational Qualification : 15 Years of Full Time Education Job Description: Must-Have - Hands on Dynatrace Config, Install & Support creating dashboards with solid problem diagnosing skills. - must be able to configure pure path, collector and agent for Dynatrace - must be able to troubleshoot and diagnose issues - hands on expertise on other monitoring tools like Solarwinds , PRTG, Splunk etc. - 3-5 years of monitoring experience - 2-4 years of Dynatrace experience - ability to build up application metrics/dashboards - document application workflows - ability to interface with high level application owners - Experience with application monitoring/ building of dashboards. - Associate needs to work in UK hours Good-to-Have 1. Knowledge of Splunk 2. Basic experience in Jira ticketing tool
