We are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy individual who can manage customer inquiries efficiently across multiple communication channels. Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone Assist clients with background check, authentication, and document verification services Troubleshoot and resolve service-related issues with accuracy and care Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions within CRM systems Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and streamline service processes Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer-service orientation with solid problem-solving abilities Tech-savvy; proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently Flexibility to work across different time zones Education: Minimum post-secondary education required Preferred Experience Previous experience in customer service (virtual, hybrid, or onsite preferred) Familiarity with background checks, verification, or related service industries is an asset Location Gurugram, India (Onsite)
