Our client is a leader in innovative antimicrobial technologies, specializing in advanced solutions for paints, coatings, dermatological applications, textiles and other industrial applications. Products are designed to combat pathogens effectively, contributing to safer and healthier environments.
Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Head in India with a proven track record in selling chemicals and active ingredients to the coatings/chemicals and cosmetics industries. This role involves identifying opportunities, building relationships, closing sales and driving growth in the region by introducing innovative technologies to key partners and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and engage with coatings and cosmetic scompanies.
- Promote antimicrobial solutions to key stakeholders.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth in the region.
2. Market Intelligence and Strategy:
- Gather market insights, including customer needs, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies in alignment with company goals.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Provide support and product education to customers, ensuring a deep understanding of Nanosono’s offerings.
4. Collaboration with Headquarters:
- Work closely with the international team to ensure alignment on sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and technical requirements.
- Provide regular updates, including sales forecasts and market trends.
5. Regulatory and Compliance:
- Ensure products comply with local regulations and standards for the coatings and cosmetics industries.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in chemicals or active ingredients for coatings and cosmetics companies.
Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the coatings and cosmetics industries, including key players, trends, and challenges in India.
Skills:
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Technical aptitude to explain product functionalities and benefits.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Language: Fluency in English and relevant regional languages.
Availability: Willingness to travel extensively within India to meet clients and attend industry events.
