Your Role:

As Vice President, you will:

- Define and execute strategic plans to establish Ginni Housing as a leader in luxury real estate.- Lead all aspects of real estate development, including land acquisition, project planning, execution, and delivery.- Oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless coordination and project efficiency.- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, CP networks, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.- Develop and monitor financial models to ensure project profitability and sustainability.- Represent the company in high-level negotiations and industry events, strengthening brand presence and reputation.- Drive innovation and operational excellence across all projects.

What We’re Looking For:

- 10+ years of leadership experience in real estate development, sales, or business strategy.- Strong expertise in managing large-scale residential or commercial real estate projects.- Comprehensive knowledge of the tricity real estate market and its dynamics.- Proven track record in developing and implementing growth strategies that deliver results.- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for excellence and customer satisfaction.
