Our client is a profitable SaaS organization with a global presence.
Job Description
Lead and manage the global inside sales team (US, EMEA & APAC) to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Primarily manage inbound sales inquiries, ensuring timely and effective responses to maximize conversion rates and customer satisfaction. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular updates and insights to senior management. Hire, coach and mentor the sales team to enhance their skills and performance, fostering a high-performance culture. Participate in important commercial & closure discussions with the prospects as and when required. Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the different regions. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals and market demands.
The Successful Applicant
8+ years experience in managing inside sales for a SaaS/CPaaS product, along with at least 2+ years in a leadership role. Experience working with global clients. Mandatory to have successfully worked & closed deals in the US market. Good to have experience in an inbound-driven setup. Demonstrated success by achieving quota consistently. Experience in hiring a sales team of varying years of experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
