Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site role for a SaaS Sales Head at TechWire Studio’s Bengaluru office. As the Sales Head, you will take ownership of all aspects of our SaaS sales function. In this role, you will develop and execute sales strategies that drive customer acquisition, expand market share, and support revenue growth. The Sales Head will be responsible for the performance of the entire sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance management, to build a high-impact sales organization that can successfully promote and sell our in-house SaaS solutions.

Your primary focus will be:


  • Sales Strategy Development & Execution: Formulate and implement robust sales plans that align with business objectives. Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure that sales efforts are aligned with product launches, feature updates, and customer needs.
  • Account Management & Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, proactively identifying opportunities for expanding service usage and value.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Build, manage, and inspire a high-performance sales team. Set clear goals, provide continuous coaching and development, and motivate team members to achieve their targets.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. Generate insights that inform strategic adjustments and report on key metrics to measure the success of sales initiatives.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling opportunities, leveraging the unique features of TechWire’s proprietary SaaS offerings to meet diverse business needs.


Qualifications


  • Proven experience in SaaS sales and sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in account management, client relationship management, and strategic partnerships.
  • Expertise in team management, including recruitment, training, and team motivation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client and team relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analytics for sales is highly desirable.


Compensation


  • Annual Salary: ₹40,00,000 - ₹60,00,000 (LPA), depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
  • Performance-Based Incentives: Additional performance-linked incentives based on team sales targets, account expansions, and strategic goals achieved.
