Position: Senior Architect


Location:  Bangalore


Job Description:  We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project management, and sustainable practices. You will be responsible for leading design projects from concept to completion, collaborating with clients, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and creativity.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage architectural projects, from initial concept through to construction and completion.
  • Develop innovative and sustainable design solutions that align with client needs and Studio Amaavi's design philosophy.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Prepare and present detailed architectural plans, drawings, and models.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.


Qualifications:

  • 3 to7 years of Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
  • Proven experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Good communication skill
